What is a Brainspotting Intensive Training?

Brainspotting Intensives are like no other Brainspotting trainings! Intensives are limited to 10 participants, and include didactic, extensive Q/A, and time for expansive experientials (2 per day). Over the course of the 5 days, everyone has the opportunity to "sit in the client chair" to do personal work, and an opportunity to "sit in the therapist chair," with direct coaching from the Trainer. We will also be paying particular attention to Brainspotting as "a neuroexperiential process for healing and expansion," reviewing & discussing David Grand's Keynote address from the Denver conference, “Brainspotting as a Neuroexperiential Process of Healing and Expansion.”
