Cancellation policy:  by Feb. 7th, full refund less $50;  Feb. 8-24, 50% refund less $50;  Feb. 25 & later,  no refund

              Regular Registration, Feb. 1 - 24              $500

              Late Registration, Feb. 25 & after           $525
